How and when do I give my character a last name?
Get to level 20 and type "lastname <insertnamehere>
with the < or the >, so if you want bolten as a last name type /lastname bolten

Pick a name you want (lets use Smith as an exple). Get to lvl 20 then type /lastname Smith
As long as they accept it your golden

Also, be careful what you pick as a lastname. You cannot change it afterword. Found that out the hard way. Had to ask a gm to help me out. My name was Keltharis HatesFFeleven. Now I have a normal, fantasy based last name, lol.
