yo! well...im alrdy lvl 21 berserker and would like to recieve this quest...a lot of things in CL are already grey, so im not sure if i can still loot the quest item

i heard that they drop off of vulrichs...would they still drop off of giant vulrichs?

im expecting to pay somebody to get the quest item for me..but i wanna know if i can still get it myself before i waste some money

This can drop randomly off any mob in CL. Mine dropped off a cow. Your best bet would be to hunt, and occasionally put out a shout that you are looking to buy the loot rights to it.

Yes, I got mine from a Vulrich at 22 so that is your best bet if you don't want to pay someone to loot it.
