Merry Christmas everybody
Help! I got killed by a bear cub at ground level of one of towers in Antonica and when I went to retrieve my shard I saw that it was stuck right at the TOP of tower where I can't reach it. Any idea how to get it back?
Also the guards didn't help me at all. Anyone know the reason for this?

I would petition a GM and have them try and do something. As far as the guards go, my experience has been they only attack certain mobs. Which ones I have yet to test and find out. I'm usually to busy running if it comes to that point. =)

oh.. thats Qeynos guards for you.. i believe they are secretly working for freeport, or the gnolls or bandits.. ;P
Yea.. I'm glad I chose freeport. Anyways, yes, just petition it. If nothing gets done about it. Get mad and quit EQ2 FOREVER because SONY SUCKS AND THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOU, AND JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT PAYING YOUR MONTHLY FEE THEY'RE GOING TO STOP MAKING EQ GAMES! Actually, That was a dramatization, most people on here tend to be that way though =p. Good luck gettin' your corpse.
Thanks for the tips. I did petition and amazingly some GM fixed it within 2 minutes! I was impressed.
Pat on the back I say. And actually a general pat on the back for EQ2. Despite some of the criticisms here I think it is one of the most FANTASTIC games ever and a vast improvement on EQ1. I think Sony have done a brilliant job all round.
