Where do I go to get advanced recipes for crafting once I get to my subclass (outfitter)? The wholesaler only sells artisan essentials 3-9.

You actually have to subscribe to another more advanced society in your village. The Wholesalers there will sell you books for levels 11-19 if i remember correctly. Hope this helps. Merry Christmas and all and all....
