elephant hide bootsFollow

this quest starts out by examining holey hide boots, you kill enough elephants to fix the boots, then you have to get stitching cords from dervish cutthroats in commonlands, i've killed every kind of dervish cutthroat, thug, etc, and i can't find any stitching cords. can't find any information on it under the quest sections, so i was wondering if anyone here has finished it or knew anything about it
