There is no Bazaar for selling - you sell from your own Inn room. Since you mention Willow Wood, I will tell you how to do it there. After you zone in from the Mariner's Bell, run through the tunnel. On your left, there is a merchant standing under a tent. Buy a bulliten board from him.

Now that you have your board, go into your Inn room. Right click the board in your inventory and click "place." Hang it on your wall somewhere. Click it, and all of your items will appear. Set prices for your items and then click "start selling." That's about it on the basics. Good luck.

To sell things in eq2 you first need to buy a message board from a merchant, in Willow Wood you can find one on the merchant outside near the bank. Once you have done that you need to place that message board in you Inn room. When you placed it on the wall you can double click it and you'll be able to price and sell your items.
