Does any shaman know where i can find a higher version of Contagion? Only have the apprentice II version. Thank you for any help!!

App2 can be bought at sellers everything else is dropped (randomly or so it seems) about the world or is player made (App3 and Adept3)

Aye, for all classes the app 3 spells are made by players and can be bought via the brokers in your home city. Adept 1 are dropped items, no idea where adept 2 comes from and adept 3 are player made again.
