Hi all.
I was wondering (since i havent made high enough level to try it myself), If its possible to visit the areas surrounding your opposing city. I assume if you are from freeport you wont be able to enter Qeynos, but are you actually KOS to NPCs/Guards in the opposing City or outskirts?

I don't you are KOS but you're not allowed in unless your a citzien
if you try, the guards will kick you out of town, you can get in through the mariners bells, but not through a gate.
By "kick you out of time" do you mean "kill you"?

no they kick you out of town. Though you may be killed by other means. I was killed by Lucan in freeports once, that was unexpected, I was sitting beneath his statues when I saw: Lucan starts casting a spell, You are hit by Lucans wrath for 1806 damage, you are dead

It can be tricky but you can get in to the opposing city. I managed to break in to Qeynos as a Necromancer and I even bought something from a broker! It can be a lot of fun to see how far in you can get. Next time I will try to get to someone's inn room.

That is very cool. It makes me wonder if its random, if Lucan is programmed to target betrayers and Qeynos citizens in Freeport, or if he is played by a GM who (like Mistmoore in EQ1) who "heard" you and decided to have some fun. It makes me want to use a bell to sneak back into Freeport after my DE Shaman betrays and start talking smack about ole' Lucy.

Wow!! what an honor to be killed by Lucan.... I am a citizen of Freeport and havent been graced by his presence yet. Slight hijack but anyone know how to meet him? Is he easily accesiable or do you have to do some sort of quest or be a certain level? And my scout in Qeynos would love to meet Antonia Bayle..what a babe !!!
