An Order for Orc TongueFollow

This is the orc language quest, sadly I can't remember where I got it from. The quest asks you to hunt Orcs in the wailing caves for requsistions.. I've killed almost every mob(except the raid mob) in WC, but have yet to see a requistion. Has anyone else done this quest?
