I can't find this freakin thing anywhere. Anyone know where a merchant is who sells it? I'm in Qeynos, so I'd need a Qeynos merchant. I've checked with the trainer in Nettleville and Qeynos Harbor but they don't have it. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe its in Willow Wood, you can buy all your stuff there, as well as another in Castleview near the Oakmyst Entrance.
If your going to get a new spell, I would suggest just skipping II, and jumping to III. Have another player craft it for ya, its an easy one!
