Good morning everyone, i hope you all had a good time mopping up with the XP bonus. Now i have a common question but i cant seem to find the answers in any posts or any site, at least non that are clear enough to understand. I am a freeport Predator. where can i buy my apprentice II skills or learn to make my Apprentice X or Adept X skills. i cant find a clear recipe anywhere. I appreciate any and all help, thank you very much. oh and one more thing, what the H311 is Reconnoiter (sp?) for?

The App2 scrolls are bought from merchants, I am not sure which ones, I am Qeynosian. The App3 Runes are crafted/bought from players. The recipies are found in the basic crafting guides that you can buy on the IoR and they are crafted on Work Benches fairly easyily. I do not know about Adept skills, as I have not gotten that far myself.
