Is your char reverted after the crash?Follow

I didn't play EQ2 this weekend so the crash didn't affect me much. However, last night I found my char. reverted back to lv9 from lv11 that I'd lvl last week. When I entered the game, I found that all the quests done last week were missing from the quest log, in other words, I need to redo all of them. But strange enough, all my items were still there. I was a lv9 mage wearing a summoner robe @@ and I got 2 citizenship books in my house>.<. I managed to lv up my char. to lv11 after doing the mage training pt 1 and killing some monsters due to the accelerated exp gaining but I've to to redo the quest that I'd spent 2 nights to complete. Does anyone suffer the same? What can I do? I tried to contact SOE using the live chat but just can't get in! Redoing those quests is painful!
