so the ranger effect in the early 20's...how does it work?
havent played yet, and i bet its a stupid question but im planning on being a ranger for my main and im just trying to gather all these different facts...
any help would be very awesome

cuts down on the cost of arrows...so yes its great.
Are the arrows NO RENT, or can you stock up on them while tradeskilling one day and use them the next?

Arrows are just No-Trade. You can keep them on you as long as you want. I usually keep 3 stacks on me at all times. Does anyone have the adept I for this yet? I know App II gets you 15 arrows, but I am wondering once you obtain Adept I if it increases the quality not quantity. That would make this Ability a little better.
I saw 1 (adept I) for 2 gold on my server (Crushbone) and I am still kicking myself that I didn't buy it. I havn't seen one before of since.
ok, so I log on right after the above post, and check the Freepot black market guy. I got Makeshift Arrows (Adept I) for 2gold. It makes 30 Carbonite arrows every 10 minutes, or 600 seconds as it says.

Save your hard earned and hard to come by gold, find someone that can craft spells and pay them 50s to 1g for this AppIV. Uless Felix is wrong about the adeptI makin 30 carbonite arrows, cause the AppIV makes 30 carbonite arrows also, with a 600 sec recast time.

by the way i just found out you can SELL THE ARROWs so yah ^_^ ive been keeping a tight watch on the recast time.
According to the patch notes, you can no longer sell summoned arrows. If you can, expect it to be changed shortly.

ya i noticed that last night hehe i dontike it but,sony was kinda stupid to not realize that u could sell in 1st place,oh well still got 4g outa selling them ^_^
