SOE Customer ServiceFollow

Is there anyway to get a hold of Sony to inquire about specific questions regarding bugs you have encountered? If so, does anyone have the phone number or email address?

Ummmmm, check out the menu on the left of the sign on screen. there is an option which will connect you to their website, which has a CS and support menu. Or, check out eq2players.com. There is a support menu there, also

I had some problems with being billed for the bonus pkg that includes EQ and being billed 12.95 for EQ. I called the SOE customer service number, but was put on hold forever. Being long distance, I hung up and did the live chat with a CSR.
Go to this link and click on "help" on the tool bar and it will direct you to the online live chat with a CSR for SOE.

I was told I was double billed because I used a different login for EQ2 than my EQ account and only way to consolidate to take advantage of the bonus pkg was to get banned from on acct, loose the characters and start over.

Just checked out our bank statement and my husband was billed 21.99 plus 12.95 and he DID use the same log in for both accts. It's going to be interesting to see how they fix everybodys billing problems.

I have an account and my wife has an account, here is what this months billing looks like for us:

12/11/2004 SOE*EVERQUEST II SUBSC $14.99 (My account)
12/11/2004 SOE*EVERQUEST II SUBSC $14.99 (Wifes account)

12/15/2004 SOE*COMBO SUBSCRIPTION $21.99 (wtf is this?)
12/15/2004 SOE*EVERQUEST II SUBSC $2.99 (wtf is this?)

Still waiting to hear back from SOE, but after seeing this thread I would advise everyone to check their statements carefully to make sure SOE isn't slipping extra charges in there!

This is the all access pass. It gives you access to Planetside, EQ, EQ2 and some others you have never heard of. You should not get billed with this AND the regular $12.99

This is the package that gives you access to all thier neat, but WAY over charged, on-line info. Like charactor achievements and Item Stats, as well as the ability to chat with your guild while at your guilds website. (for instance I used this to chat while at work and unable to log into the game)
