OK I have a lvl 15 Crusader in Qeynos and cant seem to find his lvl 15 skill or spell (what ever it is) Power Cleave. I have look every were i can think of with no luck. Any one have a clue?
You should have been granted this automatically at 15, or maybe it's one of the weird ones that doesn't show up until you are 60% into the level 15. Either way, you don't buy it from a vendor. Check your Knowledge Book under Combat Arts.

I'm looking for the App II as I can't find Adpt 1 or App III for sale
Try calling for app III, player crafted too and shouldn't be that expensive. (edited to add: really call for someone to craft it, perhaps you will get lucky and find someone willing to do this)
Otherwise, I believe I got most of my app II spells in the Baubleshire actually, lol. Just keep trying those trainers and scribe shops I guess.

Power Cleave cannot be found at any trainers or merchants for the moment, its a known bug/missing item. The same goes with some other abilities/spells.. I think Unyielding Advance, the shield bash, is also missing. I think we are missing 4-5 so far, hopefully SOE will make them real soon.

To add to this thread, I haven't been able to find App 2 for Noble Tone either (this is your level 30ish Taunt as a Paladin). If anyone happens by this, please let me know. I haven't checked Eldaar Grove yet, so it may be there.
