No. He can betray while under lvl 17 or so to FP and eventually become a shadowknight, but if he's over lvl 20 and a Pal he's stuck in qeynos. He'll have to make an evil char to be w/ u in FP. That said u guys can meet up and adventure - I think u can be in the same group. I know u can find each other - it's not hard. Heh - never have tried to team w/ an opposite alignmen person - meet up and see if u can - then post here. Thx.
