Paladins can get a horse,"Holy Steed", as a reward for a quest. Is there any such quest for a Guardian?
What about Shadowknights? Can they get a horse?

Shadowknights get an "Unholy" Steed I'm certain.

It's actually not even a quest.. just an ability that we purchace at 20.
you can buy a horse for any class but its like 1 plat for the cheapest one
in freeport the stable is on your map in wfp, if you join a high level guild do some writs to get some status you supposedly can get a much reduced price on a mount(dependin on the level of the guild) i have also been told that there is a quest in Zek to get a free horse. i have not looked this up to verify as i am an sk an have had my horse almost the instant i turned lvl 20 an thus dont have much interest in wether this is true or not

hmmm how about the horsey face on the map ya go there ull c more horseys and a merchant,dont go there with 2sp either,horses are expensive save for them and dont blow all your money on one when you can just afford 1 wait for more money or you will regret getting the horse

man, its feakin sweet that we get the steed at lv 20, took me forever to get em in eq1. if i remember right the only thing faster than the unholy (holy) steed was a bard (from eq1 that is). how does he stack up to other mobility enhancers in eq2 i wonder...

The SK horse in EQ1 was actually the fastest mode of travel, even faster than bards (I know because I had one). In EQ2, they have just recently nerfed the speed of the crusader horses. They now provide 10% benefit, which is the same as jboots.
