im lvl 9 and i didnt get that quest update for me to go talk to some girl, and when i read the forums it said to go to mellisa or something in north freeport and all she says is stuff adn only 1 option and it says i prolly dont have anything to offer you or some junk like that. why cant i get the quest ><
Go to Qeynos Harbor. There are 3 unmarked rectangular buildings on the map. Its the northern most one "The Cache". Try to have Sneak Apprentice II before trying this as it will make things a lot easier. Turn Sneak on before going in, find the brigand leader and kill her then Sneak again to make your way out

Wonderful advice!
1. He is in Freeport so Qeynos Harbor would be a little off-base
2. You can't do the predator quest until given it.
3. You don't get given it till you do the 3 little quests before it
4. He can't even get the start of it
To the OP:
According to the web you need Emissary Millia in the Jade Tiger's Den in North Freeport. This may be the "Melissa" you mentioned. If so then I don't know why she won't give you the quest, if not then look for Mellia.
If you haven't got the quest in your journal telling you to speak with her then that would explain her lack of response. Are you sure you are level 9? If so then I suggest you petition.

I am fairly new to this game. I play a Scout and need to kill the Assasin leader on Qeynos (good side). Does anyone know where to find him and how do finish the quest to become a Predator? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If its the second class quest...
Speak with Arrell to obtain pt I. Go to the bottom falls in Blackburrow (Antonica Map entrance at beach is easiest) then go through tunnel in falls make sure you are stealth when you surface. Use hunt and you'll see the spy. Return to Arrell for Pt II. Go to S Qeynos and go south to long row of townhouses, at the north side you'll see entrance to the "secret meeting place" You'll need "Hunt" Apprentice 3+ active as you enter. Go Past the guards and DOWN the stairs. walk past the bodt guards and get around corner. Kill the negotiator and activate "hunt" again. Proceed through the door and kill the second negotiator. Then return to Arrell to complete the quest!!
