BuildINF.txt problemsFollow

Ok, this is the messagre I have been getting since the servers crashed on friday morning:

Now, this is what I have done since friday when this all started happening;

Changed to and from Read only ( at the suggestion of TSR-RonC [was in chat with him in the trouble shooting channel with rougyhly 5 hours])- Reran the patcher

Deleted the file- reran the patcher

got a buddy to send a copy of his txt file to me and copied and pasted it to mine, saved- reran the patcher (patcher overwrote it)

did the same thing as above except I saved as- reran the patcher ( patcher over wrote it)

those I did over a 2 day period over and over again...to no avail...

I did a complete uninstall and reinstall, ran the patcher...patcher cancelles it self on the same exact file; BuildINF.txt

Now on the third day, I am starting to get irate and very angry, I have followed the details of a TSR in the trouble shooting channel (Which BTW when I did as he told me to do, my C Drive locked up, and REALY added to my anger) to no avail...before he closed the channel last night, he told me to talk to a computer tech person ( after I told him what he did to my computer) and with that, he closed the channel...

Can someone PLEASE help me?
