Billing Help! "You do not have a Subscription..."Follow

I signed up with EQ2 November 13th using a fairly new credit card that has no bad credit on it. I tried logging in tonight and it said "You do not have a subscription for EQ2." I went to check out my account info and it says my account was closed. They gave me my first month, Nov 13 - Dec 13 and apparently closed my account.

However, I was charged for the next month phase, Dec 13 - Jan 13, and I cannot play EQ2. Does anyone know why this is?

I cannot contact Customer Support because SoE Does not have Customer support on weekends.

Yea happend to me I called the numbero n the back for billing help spent an hour on line 15 of which was trying to figure out what buttons the recorded lady was telling me to puch then 30 of which was on hold listening to eq music but the 15 minutes with the guy or girl that help you is helpful......


So he told me that is was something wrong on both of our parts he fixed it with me doing nothing then the next day it happend again but he also said I had to resubscrib..... but dread nought your character is guarunteed for 3 months with out a subscribtion

I have the choice to resubscribe, but I do not want them to trick me and put two accounts on one credit card? Should I try resubscribing now? Or contacting the Customer Support on Monday...

something very similar happened to me..all i did was retype my credit card info and i was back in business..havent been double-charged..knock on wood

This seems to be a common mistake that happens in their billing system for some reason. You just need to resubscribe.

The do it in EQ1 too, for expansions as well Smiley: glare

IM having a similar problem. OK i originally payed for EQ2 for a 1month supscription im not sure if they ever charged me. But now my supscription is over. When i try to refill out my info i get a message that says Credit Card invalid Due to Server. Ive been getting this message since Friday morning. I dont know what to do. Ive tried paying for EQ2 along and also trying to do a station pass neither work. I think this is BS im getting now extra days i cant play. So 3 days isnt really enough if you think about it.
I just hope they can work it out tommorow its really starting to anger me.
Do you guys have any idea what im talking it seems as if you are resolving your problems and i cant.

I have the same problem. I tried resuscribing but it says Credit card rejected due to server.

I talked to SOE and they said the reason why my card was cancelled is because of some Bank soft error, and they said I did not send the payment, (But I did...).

They also told me to re-suscribe but I cannot due to the "server" error. My guess is that something is wrong with the billing functions on their side...otherwise I have no clue why I cant resuscribe. Its total ******** they cant fix it for me since they know thats all I need to do.
