Quest Items Un-obtainableFollow

Is anyone else experiencing this problem???

I have a lvl 12 summoner and Eversince getting to freeport, it doesn't matter what quest I finish, I never receive the expected quest item or reward (coin) for completing the quest.

I've completed over 6 quests now after obtaining the class of summoner (which I never got the academic robe of summoning or the academic ring of summoning for) and now I've come to find that no matter what quest I do.. I never receive anything for it. And Yes My summoner is still using the very same ole equip I started with after leaving the island of refuge.

Talk about a waste of time!?!? And I've yet been able to get a response from EQ2 tech support on this.

If you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this please let me know.

Ya that was it. As soon as I selected one of the traits, then all of the quest items I never received started showing up.
If I would of known that this was the cause I would of selected a trait a long time ago.
