Would I be able to run this game efficiently with...Follow

The PC i'm on now is crap and I am getting bored of FFXI (I play on PS2) so I was wondering if I would be able to run the game on this PC efficiently. And if not what specs would need to be changed?

one question though, I got a disk for Windows XP Professional that I used on this PC and an extra code to get it on another PC. Would I be able to use that? or, should I just get the cheapest OS you can get that you can choose for it to come with and update it from that?
