I have been away all day and all I could think about was my 14 brawler baby whom I just bought a crap load of stuff for. I came home and when I saw the Innothule server was down I nearly ended my life there haha. Maybe not that extreme but I am starting to think about playing Counter-strike, please servers come up!

I’m bored too. For once in mmo history the cards kinda worked in my favor. Today I decided to do EVERYTHING I had to do pretty much till Sunday so I could have a good chunk of time playing the game. I got my truck inspected, and emissions >< xmas shopping is now complete, visited the parent’s house, did all the current bills, and cleaned the apartment. Now I just have to wait for the game to come back on-line.

On a good note I have to reformat my moms computer. Was going to put that off till the last second but now seems the best time. Guess I’ll start on that now and may end up dropping it off tonight if the servers are still down.

What are you guys up to?

Zoo don't know where you've been checking, but I know have had updates (if you can call them that) for the past 3 or 4 hours.

Is simple - they don't know when the servers will be up

It's been so long they are wiping everyone's xp debt

It's gonna be so long they are now saying we will get free play time as well

Guess that means I have NO excuse for not cleaning the house lol

May not be exactly what you're looking for, but they recently posted this:

Quote:
While we continue to work on the issues that have kept the EverQuest II servers unavailable today, we wanted to let you know that in addition to the experience and tradeskill debt wipes that were announced earlier, we will also be offering free time to help make up for the time you're unable to play. Exact details regarding time extensions will be available once we get past our current problems.

This is a 24/7 effort on behalf of everyone involved. We will not rest until all of EverQuest II is back up and running. We again apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you all very much for your understanding.

- The EverQuest II Team

Anyway, I'm still at work... about to leave in a few. Still got a roughly 30-45 minute drive home. Even then EQ2's downtime won't exactly affect me as I'm helping a friend in the other game I play.

Silly person, just because they said they'd keep you update doesn't mean they will. It's just kind of a expected traditional kiss off.

Ok , ok, everyone can relax now. SOE has decided to give us money. I have contacted my lawyer and will be going into negotiations shortly. I know they are a multi billon dollar company, but I am a down to earth guy. I will start the settlement at a cool million. Now we still have to discuss things like , stock and profit sharing, perhaps a small signing bonus, but I'm sure it will all work out just fine. Yay SOE!

I know of one in Freeport North I think it is. Little pet shop in the circle area where all the shops are crammed together, a troll woman owns it. Has kitties and ducks and spiders for sale, think the cheapest is about 2 gold.

Qeynos I am not sure of.

Or you can offer a nice sum of coin for my dragon. ^^

Seriously, she is not for sale. :( I love her and her ability to burn my pathetic attempts at painting. And also we put on a good light and smoke show her and I, with my Glowing/Smoking Hand of the Just[ice].

Has it occurred to anybody else that the whole "wiping xp debt" that they were talking about is at this point utterly useless, as most or all of it that anybody had has probably been slept off already?

Just a thought. Gotta love those gifts that aren't really, you know, gifts.

I don't have any xp debt. also I don't really care about the one day free play as it hardly worth anything ($15/30 = $0.5). but if i were SOE, i have no idea what to compensate either. any thought?
