Howdy!
I am hoping someone out there has a better grasp on this then I do and can answer this for me. Is it possible to get a certain HO to proc or is it random? I have gone toe to toe with some tougher mobs and have had to high tail it outa there because I get swindlers luck to go off like 4 times in a row and what I really want/need is ringing blow to go off that many times. It seems to come in streaks, several Ringing blows, then several swindlers lucks with the occasional bravo's dance. Just wondering if anyone has figured this out. I am referring to a solo encounter btw. Thanks in advance!

Humm never noticed it before. I think ringing blow goes off if I lead off with dirty tricks but I will have to check this out for sure.

i thought the same demc but fo me it appears to be random althought i dont mind the odd swindlers or bravos as its still a good hit on the mob and the atk buff and haste and nice. but i know what you mean when you get a swindlers and you REALLLLLLLLY need a ringing blow lol

Its all random, You might already know this but you can change the HO by hitting Evade,Cheap Shot or Dirty Tricks, but some times I start with swindler and after I go and try and change it I still get Swindler again, sometimes this happens 2-3 times during a fight, been quite a few complaints on this but I doubt they will change anything.
In my experience it seems that Ring is the main HO, followed by Swindler and then Bravo as being the rare one. But I get Ring and Swindler almost equal...Lol.

htting evade changes it? do you need to wait for evade to repop?

Verified it is random and sometimes it does not go off for a long time. Last night I think I killed about 100 mobs and ringing blow did not proc once. Then it proced 3 times in a row.
When you get the HO to come up, there will be a green coin flashing in the corner of the wheel -- this signifies the scout's ability to "flip" the HO, i.e. have a chance at drawing a more desirable one. Sometimes you just get Swindler's Luck again, but just as often it will switch to Ringing Blow.
Any of your abilities that have the green coin icon when you examine them can do this. Just hit them once the HO wheel comes up. They will not be flashing, so you'll have to know in advance which abilities have the green coin icon. You can do it as long as the coin is showing in the bottom right of the HO wheel.

My experience is that Ringing blow will always work when you least need it and Swindlers luck will proc 4 times in a row when you get a mob with massive hp.
