Wait..so some jobs are race-specific? T_T
By "jobs" you mean clases? No... ARAC (Any race / any class)
Some are CITY specific due to alignment restrictions.
Basically, if you want to be a class that isn't in your race's startign city, you'll have to perform the betrayal quest.
