Do you need any boat access for this place? Doing a quest and it says to go there. I never went there or tried to and the quest con is yellow.

Hmm I think there's a dwarf near qeynos harbor bell area (before main wall into city) who talks about feerott, but to me he says I'm too low of a lvl so go figure. You should try him out though. Forget his name, sorry.

Ferrott Access Quest starts in Zek, The Orcish Wastes. You have to be level 37 to finish the quest. The boat for the quest is easy compared to the boat for Everfrost access.
