Does anyone know for sure which of the troll traits are passive and which are activateable?

Here is the list of them:
Bog Bully +3 STR
Brutal Barshings Special crush damage
Gift of Innothule +5 Disease resist
Grobb Grub Summon Food (No Rent)
Maniacal Madness +3% Power
Mender of the Mire Boosts Armorer skills
Natural Regeneration +2 STR, +2 STA, +3 Health Regen
Resilience +3 STA
Swamp Breath Able to last longer underwater
Troll Gourmet Boosts Provisioner skills

I have Brutal Barshings and you have to activate it. Last maybe 3 minutes or so. Don't know what it does because when I hit it it appears to do nothing. Supposed ti give and extra attack.
