Some QuestionsFollow

These are some of the questions i want to ask abou EQ2:

1) I like grouping alot, and I like it more than soloing. But in FFXI, you have to spend LONG hours LFG, and you ALWAYS need a healer and a tank. Is it the same in EQ2? Must I look for a healer/tank to join our group for hours? I also hate it in FFXI where the moment the healer have to go, we have to wait another few hours looking for another healer. Is it like that in EQ2?

2) I read lots of WoW vs EQ2 threads, but people keep saying WoW has PvP, so its the better game. Now, I dont like PvP, and I am a PvE person. How is WoW's PvE compared to EQ2's PvE? I will probably ask this question on the WoW boards as well to get answers from both sides.
