what quests give horse whistles
I've asked this question too, so have many others. So far nothing has been said about a quest of this nature. Personally I hope they have one.

Would be nice. Horses look pretty sweet.
dont think they will put horse as a quest rewards. because they dont want everyone can get horse in a easy way
I don't think they would have a quest for a horse for another reason - to keep the horses as a money sink. That takes a few platinum out of the money pool already. Plus there will be more than one person that will buy them as soon as possible as a status symbol.

Horses sell between 2-9pp or from prestige merchants when your guild gets level 25-30...u can just spend earned sp for a nice horse.
or be a pally :P
Yes us pallys rock, but yeah i figured out why its so hard to get plat points cuz its now what 100 pieces to upgrade like 100 cp to 1 sp? wow thats crazy and i would sure love to meet that maniac that played destoryed his/her life just to make that 1,000,000 pp in this game lol. sorry. but yeah go paly's

alas.. I've no interest in playing a pali.. so I must save my pennies.. err... copper and eventually get the jink necessary to buy a horse..
if there is a quest to get a horse.. I'd have to guess that it's pretty high level, 20+ otherwise that would be totally unfair to the pali's and SK's of the world.

I would imagine a good Elddarian Charger is much faster then a paladin's horse.
You never know it could be (like the old EQ) where paly's and SK's get the fastest horse.
