Just learning the tradeskills. I have a level 6 toon still on Isle of Refuge, and am at tradeskill level 8, which is nice. But a question. I can't seem to figure out what the component for fighter App III upgrades called Suspension is... Is it like the liquid needed for chloro resin, where you can use canine saliva or distilled water from the merchant, or I am sure there are several other sources of liquid. Does anyone know what works here for a suspension?

As far as I know the only thing that will work is the suspension sold by the wholesaler.

I just realized you said you are still on the Island. I don't know if suspensions are sold by merchants there. On the "mainland" they are sold in the tradeskill society you will join.

Take.. Three? Silly web.

Suspensions can be purchased in the basic trade instances. You can enter these within the city starting areas.

It is not available in IoR, though you could use a shared bank account to transfer some ther.

IoR is not meant for you to stay on any longer then you must. All the realy good items have been pulled, so get your basic exp and get used to the game. Level your trade skill up to 4-5 then move on. You will find much better game play within the mainland. In addition now that they have lowered harvesting restrictions that is no longer a concern.

OK, thank you very much... I had not checked in the mainland tradeskill instances because so far, this is my 1st foray into the tradeskills. I have 4 characters which are all adventurers, and wanted to try the tradeskilling. I found the whole idea boring in EQ1, but since the new version is more reactive, I actually find it enjoyable. Now I would like to make stuff I can actually use, besides boxes and furniture. I have actually left the island with the above character, so will check the tradeskill houses soon. Thanks for all the advice.
