I tried to check it out for ya, but the link does not show your toon. Only brings me to the screen where you can search for a toon.

Looks pretty good from here, only upgrade if you can afford it at this point. One thing that I recommend getting is this wonderful bracelet from the collection quest. All of the pieces can be found in the Oakmyst Forest, that is where I got them. Or, if you are in a rush, the market is a great place to start.
I know you are 4 levels under my character, and depending on your play style and what role you like to fill (damage dealer or damage absorber) you may want to work on different things.
If you look to solo or take the brunt of the damage for group I would concentrate on AC (defense) and hp. I am currently at 1006 unbuffed AC at level 21. It could definately be higher, but I have been slacking with getting my quest armor. Instead, I have mostly equipped with player made stuff in the meantime.
If your goal is damage output and/or you perfer grouping, then work on your power pool and your attack.

I wouldnt spend much money on armor at this point... You are close to lvl 20, and at lvl 20 you will be able to start (and complete many) of your Armor Quests. This armor is going to be much better than most anything you can afford, and be able to wear at this level anyway.
Most of the stuff you'd want to buy would be jewelry... neck, ears, rings, bracelets etc... Some of the pristine gold, and agate stuff sells for decent amount, and you'll be able to start using it in your low 20's.
So again, I'd wait, maybe use your money on some weapons, or upgrading your abilites to Adept level, armor will come with 20 if your hardworking.
