i only see them up to lvl 9

hey i found alfred ironforge, now where do i buy the lvl 10 rec.s .......i only see up to lvl 9 at the merchant ???
You go see Alfred Ironforge down on the docks in Qeynos Harbor 
In Qeynos it would be Al Ironforge in the building on the docks. Freeport I don't know. However it is written in the manual.

you have to join a scholar tradeskill society.

Once you join the scholar tradeskill society the merchant sells the books for level 10 , they are near the bottom of his list of stuff he sells but it is there :)
I know some folks who go and buy the level 10 books and sell them on traders for over twice the price the merchant charges , as alot of people dont realise that you can buy the book from the merchant .

On the note that Dreak gives you on IoR it lists the Societies in your suburb.
