Monk/Bruisers and Armor Class dependancy on weight :: Free Realms

I was wondering if Monks/Bruisers had the same AC penalties that apply when you are carrying too much weight. I havn't really played around with this much to test this, but it seems not to affect the AC like in EQ1. Anyone know if AC or other stats ( besides weight... ) has any effect on char attributes/stats for Monks?

Sorry for the shameless bump... I checked Eq2 forums as well as this one, and came up empty on search. Again I apologize but this is very important in deciding weapon/craft/armor selection.

no, there's no restriction on the brawler class in eq2.
