My friend is looking into getting EQ2, but he will need a new video card. He has a budjet around 100$. How well would this card play EQ2? Would he be able to hold Extreme performance without lagging to beijing and back?

By extreme performance I meant, bad graphics but no lag? Isn't that what the setting is called?

Extreme Performance is the "low" graphics setting. I would say with a gig of ram and a good cpu (2+ ghz) it should be playable, definitly no "lag" free, but playable.
