I Need Your Help!!!Follow

My apartment's new ISP has the port required to connect to Station Launchpad blocked... Thus, I can't download updates and can't play.

First, what port does Station Launchpad use?

Second, how can I use a proxy... or anything else for that matter... to connect to it? I don't know anythikng about proxies, so please use basic terms, or just link me to a DL.]
