so im gonna do it soon on my iksar brawler, soon to be monk, well ok i read that the other guy ended up paying 6 gold? wtf? yeah i havent even gotten 1 yet, so when i have to talk to the people and say the right things, will it be obvious what to say or will this be a tough thing to do that can cost me all my money ive ever earned plus 5 gold and 38 silver..

and one more thing, why on earth would they make us pay for games we dont play just for 4 more character slots? cant you just give it to us? please? :)

I completed betrayal quest last weekend, and it was TOUGH. The questions are a bummer, answered wrong the first time cost 2 gold each time you answer wrong.

If the answer you give causes the npc to fall on the floor and kick and scream (really funny to watch) you're going in the RIGHT direction, don't back off. I thought I had done something wrong and it ended up costing 2 gold.

As for having 2 gold, once you've killed 500 gnolls, you'll probably have that much due to drops, you can sell to outlying merchants as you pick stuff up.

I ended the betrayal with 129% xp debt, finally got that worked off thanks goodness lol.

By the way, be sure to close apartment, put everything in bank (NOT IN SHARED SLOTS) before you start. Except money, take it all with you in case you need it lol.

If you are an artisan, leave your workshop/wholesaler as well.
