Anyone else have this problem?? *frustrated*Follow

My friend actually did as well. Here's the story.

My husband and I both use the same debit/credit card to pay for our subscription. Wed. I get an email saying my card is invalid. I was like hm...maybe I put the number in wrong. So I re-entered my information and all that good stuff. My friend said she had to do the same thing, so I was like "weird", because she was using her debit/credit as well, and knew it was good. My husband never got an email like this.

Today I go to log on, and it says I have no subscription. I was a bit irked, entered my information AGAIN and emailed SOE's billing center about it. My husband has not had any trouble. So I'm a bit annoyed. The card is good. I know how much is in my bank account. My husband hasn't had trouble, but my friend has... and it seems to me some kind of ploy by SOE to get me to subscribe to "premium" features I don't really give a rats **** about.

Anyone else having these problems too?

Well damn. It's gotta be a problem with their billing system then. And they better get it fixed *wink*
