I'm on the Ogokk server and it says server is locked. Try logging in with out selecting a character and it will tell you that the server is locked. Been trying to contact sony for the past hour with no luck. It's typical Sony Customer support to say all is well and not update us. They have been down for at least an hour. Their customer service and support was the whole reason I stopped playing EQ 1 so long ago. I figured they had to get it right this time .... I was wrong again =0) When there is a prob the first thing they should do is update the server status page, but guess they haven't figured that out yet. This is like the 10th time This has happened =0/ Hopefully they will soon let us know wassup.
Arkelias said they have been like this for the past week? Just proves my point on customer service. How hard would it be to put that on the server status page? This kind of lack of common curtesy (sp) is what ticks me off.
