Dwarven Sword of CleansingFollow

I saw this weapon on a guardian the other day in Antonica and was curious if anybody had a clue as to where to get it. Looking on the item section of eq2players I found 5 similar weapons(all Dwarven <insert weapon type> of Cleansing, same level to use/mastery level, and similar boosts to stats), so I'm taking it that this is a quest item. My best guess is that the quest giver is a dwarf somewhere around Antonica(narrows it down a lot, eh?). Any advice or knowledge about this would be much appreciated.
