High Elven Racial Traits, buff or static? :: Free Realms

Any help determining which of these traits are static, and which are just merely buffs? I wasted a trait on the WIS + Power Regen, only to find out it was a buff that lasted 3 minutes with a 30 min recast, what a waste. Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think anything in game will tell you, other than maybe the description of the power.

The prima Strategy guide (though otherwise useless except for maps) actually has this in there.

For high elves the permanent powers are:

Elven Reflexes
Gilding of Felwithe
Estoric Studies
Tenet of Takish'hiz
Graceful Movements
Apperception
Gift of Tunare
Streght of the Koada'Dal

Activatables:
Harmonious Mind
Firiona's Zeal

Now, as a note, i hardly think that the +5% power regen is useless

Pow regen +5% for 3mins is really helpful if say your a scout and you burn through your Power quickly, it can help you take on a group of mobs.

I'd say you were correct, but the power regen only works out of combat. =(
