Grim PresenceFollow

No idea what it is or where it comes from. I find it in my buff bar from time to time. It lasts 12 hours. Click for description and it says nothing. Anyone know? The icon looks like a green grasping claw.

Necro Pet, at least thier 1st caster pet, casts this buff when you get the adept I version of the pet. The black skellie with teh horns. This buff seems to last even after you disband from the necros group. It seems to be +30 or +35 to your max power.
