Betrayal Quest ? Bugged?! HELPFollow

I have done the quest to the very final stages. I messed up on the text part and owed Vishra 2 gold. i paid the 2 gold and everything was fine. Then I owed another 3 more gold to Vishra for the Penance for Complete Failure quest, and I just paid her. However, my quest log didn't update, and she says the exact same thing to me as if I still owe her money. Like I said, I've already paid the 3gold, and it is no longer in my possession. It already said "You pay 3 gold, 0 silver, 0 copper" and everytime I try to talk to her/anyone else involved in the quest. It's the exact same as it was before, and it doesnt say the Penance for Complete Failure quest is completed. Nothing was updated. I have spent many hours doing this quest only to be stuck at this wall right now and not being able to finish. I have screenshots to prove everything, and i haven't logged off yet since it happened..if anyone has any ideas or has had a similar experience, please get back to me.

my god, you messed up 3 times???? for a total of 6 gold? Man, it seemed pretty simple when i did it. Sorry for your loss of funds.
