What is the most you can get (stat wise) any single resistance? Like when something gives +1 to Fire Resist, how high can your Fire Resist get before it caps out?

Not sure of bounds yet, no one is high enough. That pretty much goes for all stats too.

My saves are as follows:
Cold Resist 44
Heat Resist 102
Poison Resist 21
Disease Resist 159
Magic Resist 38
Divine Resist 32
Mental Resist 102

I am currently level 21. I would think they would have some sort of soft cap per level, whereas your numbers can be higher but it only actually has any benefit up to a certain number. Then again, that could be wrong.

Truth is, until someone starts finding crazy resist gear and we get people tossing out major resist buffs we won't know what we cap at.

At your level when a disease attack hits you does it do much damage?

I don't have an answere for you, but in EQ1 resist gear really didnt come into play until you started raiding. You tended to be better off going for high AC, and stat modifiers that suited you class (ex: Agility + for scouts).

Hope this helps.

With your level 20 quested armor, your resists will sky rocket. Two of my resists are at 300+ now, and all but one is at 200+ (cold is only 80... hehe)

I'm 25 and only have 3 pieces of level 20 quest armor.
