When do monks get dual wield i am sure there is a forum some place and when can i train part 2 i guess and where i am a good person in Qey when and where do i continue my training am at level 13 now

Brawlers can dual weild. It's somthing you get long before becoming a monk.
One thing that may catch you out is that unlike EQ weapons have to be tagged "dual wield". You cannot just equip any two "1-hand" weapons.

Great i have the dual wield weapons but they wont equipt so what level can i start using them
Check to see what hand they are for. Some dual weild weapons are only "Primary". You need one Primary and one Secondary.
are the weapons red? maybe its just that the skill they relate too you don't have enough skill in yet?
