Can anyone of you nice folks/Master Crafters let me know where and how can I get copper or rough lapis lazuli of any grade? I can not make the rune for my scout and the essence for my fighter without these two ingredients. I checked the market place and even if I can offer 1 gold piece, there still no sign of ANYONE offering these two ingredients. Please help.

How and where can I get ......Follow
both are tier 1 (newbie areas, peat bog, oakmyst, for example) rare mined items. i've not seen either yet, and i havent checked the market, so i'm not sure if there are any available on blackburrow as yet.

Thkx for responding!! I have been reading and learned that those two are indeed rare junks. My question is, how can all the fighters and scouts get their skill spells if these are rare drops. Copper and Lapis are one of the essential ingredients, so I guess that is why I need to buy from them for the time being...grrrrrrrr......
Also, I have seem the mentioning of ....available on BB, as stated in your response. What does that mean? Is there a vendor (NPC) in BB? Or do you mean the ppls selling them in BB? Pray tell....much obliged as usual!

I believe runyariel meant Blackburrow as in the server name, not the ZONE Blackburrow..
You cannot buy any raw harvested items from vendors, especially rares.
I am assuming the rare ingredients you are referring to are only required in the Adept III versions of these spells. These are not 'required' spells, nor are they supposed to be common. Hence the reason they use rare components. The versions most people are supposed to have are the Apprentice III versions of the spells. These should require components that are much easier to come by.
