Zone Connection Map?? :: Free Realms

Any one know if there are any Zone Connection maps out there that look likethe one they have for FFXI?? There is a really good map site "http://www.gry-online.pl/eq2/maps.asp?ID=34" but it will make travel much easier if we have a map with which zone connecting to which...
