Where's Everfrost!!Follow

ok I see on the map when playing th egame that everfrost is a place to go, yet when I ask how to get there or check locations on websites it never says everfrost is a location to go to. There is not monsters listed in the places that have the zone. Can anyone tell me if this is a zone or is this not going ot be a zone. I do remember seeing a screenshot of Everfrost but I cant get there and no one on can tell me.
