Any other betrayers from Qeynos to Freeport have difficulty getting their Armour quest to start?
I have visited Kirsteh the Witch but she wont give me it.
Hoping I dont have to sneak back to Elddar Grove to get it from the Gilda. That would really be silly.

As long as you're a citizen of Freeport then you should be able to get your quest. I know several people that betrayed Freeport and had no problem getting AQs in Qeynos.
IMO it would be a waste of time to sneak into Qeynos.
