freeport - predator question?Follow

Afair it's in Freeport East, you have to go through a door in the (southern?) Wall. Inside just sneak pass the guards and dogs (upgrade Sneak and follow the dog running in circles to reach stairs). Upstairs kill the sleeping Capt and sneak out.
I think the zone was mentioned in quest description.
