I saw one in a shop in Qeynos. Which Qetynos I'm not sure. Think it was North but could be wrong. When you can use I don't know either. I know I want one though. =p
There's a named one floating in the Mage tower in S Qeynos, bottom floor to the right of the door when you come in.. haven't seen any for sale though.
